700 Linden Commons represents the pinnacle in achievement for an infill mixed-use facility. This project will combine needed downtown senior housing with ground-floor retail on a footprint of 35,000 square feet.
700 Linden Commons will include one floor of 13,600 square feet of retail space and five floors of senior housing space consisting of 136 for-rent rooms as well as 10,900 square feet of residential common area. Parking requirements will be supported by two floors of underground garages housing 149 on-site spaces. In addition, a proposed bus stop/resident pick-up and drop-off curb cut will promote the use of the City’s highly efficient public transportation system.
